现代大型工程机械上一般都装有电子监控系统,用于对其运行状态进行监测,一旦发现异常情况即能及时报警,并指出故障的部位,从而可及早地消除事故隐患,减少维修时间,降低保养和维修费用,提高作业效率。 1.电子监控系统的控制模式 (1)电子-液压单元控制模式 采用传感器-电子控制单元与液压驱动执行机构相组合的模式,取代传统的液压-机械控制单元的模式。其特点是利用开关量传感器配合专用大规模集成电路,监控逻辑集成在大规模集成电路芯片中。该控制模式结构简单、稳定性好、监控结果直观且抗干扰能力强,大大提高了整机的性能。
