目的为机械加工企业职业卫生管理提供参考资料,为卫生行政部门对该项目竣工验收提供相应的技术依据。方法依据国家相关卫生标准,采用现场调查、现场监测和职业健康检查相结合的方法,对某机械加工企业试生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素进行现场监测,评价职业卫生防护措施效果。结果该项目的总平面布局、职业病防护措施、职业病个人防护用品、职业卫生管理、职业健康监护等内容基本满足国家现行法律法规和职业卫生标准要求。生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素包括粉尘、毒物、噪声、高温及工频电场等。噪声检测点合格率为89.2%,粉尘、毒物及高温、工频电场检测结果均符合标准要求。结论该项目属职业病危害一般性建设项目,且项目职业病危害控制制度及措施有效、可行。
Objective To provide references for the occupational health management of machining enterprises and provide the corresponding technical basis for the completion and acceptance of the project by the health administrative departments. Methods Based on the relevant national health standards, on-site monitoring was conducted on the major occupational hazards that occurred during the trial production of a mechanical processing enterprise by field survey, on-site monitoring and occupational health examination to evaluate the effects of occupational health protection measures. Results The overall layout of the project, occupational disease protection measures, personal protective equipment for occupational diseases, occupational health management and occupational health guarding basically met the current national laws, regulations and occupational health standards. The main occupational hazards in the production process include dust, poison, noise, high temperature and power frequency electric field. The passing rate of noise detection point was 89.2%. The dust, poison and high temperature, power frequency electric field test results all met the standard requirements. Conclusion This project is a general construction project of occupational hazards, and the project occupational hazards control system and measures are effective and feasible.
