利用分光光度计法测定了5种蓝莓红叶花青素含量。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化超声波辅助提取花青素的最佳提取工艺条件。试验结果表明,5种蓝莓红叶花青素含量依次为夏普兰278.2>园蓝135.5>杰兔82.6>粉蓝53.7>巴尔德温40.1mg/100g干重。以夏普兰红叶为原料,正交试验优化花青素提取条件为:乙醇浓度80%、料液比1:30、提取次数2次、提取时间40min、提取溶剂HCl含量0.3%,此条件下提取率为85.5%。研究结果有利于蓝莓资源高效利用。
Five kinds of blueberry anthocyanin contents were determined by spectrophotometer. On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimum extraction conditions of anthocyanin extracted by ultrasonic wave were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the anthocyanin contents of five blueberry leaves were Shaplelan 278.2> Yuanlan 135.5> Jiejie 82.6> Fenlan 53.7> Baldwin 40.1mg / 100g dry weight. The optimum conditions for the extraction of anthocyanins were as follows: ethanol concentration 80%, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, extraction times 2 times, extraction time 40min, extraction solvent HCl content 0.3% The rate was 85.5%. The results are helpful for efficient utilization of blueberry resources.
