针对现有机务准备流程的优化方法不能满足要求的问题,提出一种时间Petri网模型及其建模方法。按照子流程分步构建子网模型,使用优先级表达调度策略,采用模拟退火算法计算最优调度策略,并运用此模型完成了某型飞机单机机务准备流程优化,以子流程分步建模的方法降低了模型描述的复杂性,采用等价结构压缩技术降低了人与计算机的工作强度。建模过程显示了使用优先级表达调度策略的合理性,仿真计算结果验证了模拟退火算法在调度策略优化中的有效性,得到了某型飞机单机机务准备流程优化问题的全局最优解。
Aiming at the problem that the optimization method of the current maintenance preparation process can not meet the requirement, a time Petri net model and its modeling method are proposed. According to the sub-process, the sub-network model is constructed step by step, the priority scheduling strategy is used, and the optimal scheduling strategy is calculated by the simulated annealing algorithm. The model is used to optimize the single aircraft maintenance preparation process and the sub-process model The method reduces the complexity of the model description and reduces the work intensity of people and computers by using the equivalent structure compression technique. The modeling process shows the rationality of using the priority expression scheduling strategy. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the simulated annealing algorithm in the optimization of scheduling strategy and get the global optimal solution of a single aircraft locomotive preparation process optimization problem.
