随着“网络社会”、“虚拟社会”的到来，人类的文化活动和文化形态处于一场深刻的“革命”之中．其中最主要的就是“虚拟文化”的冲击．本文考察了“虚拟文化”的各种表现方式，剖析了“虚拟文化”的实质，认为应该通过发展、利用虚拟技术，丰富人类现实的文化生活，激发人类的文化创造力，满足人们多层次的文化需要，同时也应该有效抑制虚拟技术的种种负面效应，以让其实现为人服务的目的。
With the advent of “network society” and “virtual society”, human’s cultural activities and cultural forms are undergoing a profound “revolution.” One of the most important is the “virtual culture” impact. This paper examines the various manifestations of “virtual culture”, analyzes the essence of “virtual culture”, and believes that it is necessary to enrich the cultural life of humankind through the development and utilization of virtual technology, stimulate human cultural creativity and satisfy people’s multi-level Cultural needs, but also should effectively curb the negative effects of virtual technology to enable it to achieve the purpose of serving people.
