切削速度本身不仅意味着生产率,而且对切削热、切削力、加工后的表面质量、刀具磨损等均有着重大的影响。阐明切削速度对切屑形成过程影响的本质,对进一步揭示切削过程的许多现象、对实际生产均有重大的理论和实际意义。各国研究者虽然对这一问题进行过深入的研究,然而还远不能认为已经妥善解决,还有许多本质问题尚未澄清,还存在许多相互矛盾的见解。本文企图结合过去的研究者
Cutting speed itself means not only productivity, but also cutting heat, cutting forces, machined surface quality, tool wear and so have a significant impact. Clarifying the essence of the influence of the cutting speed on the chip formation process is of great theoretical and practical significance for further revealing many phenomena of the cutting process and actual production. Although researchers in various countries have conducted in-depth studies on this issue, they are far from being considered as properly resolved. Many substantive issues have yet to be clarified and there are still many contradictory opinions. This article attempts to combine the past researchers
