目的:确定野鸡尾的体外止血活性部位,为阐明其止血活性物质基础提供实验依据。方法:以云南白药作为阳性药物(5 mg·ml~(-1)),设空白对照(去离子水)组,采用试管法、凝血板法测定野鸡尾乙醇提取物、石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物及水提取物(5 mg·ml~(-1))对体外血浆复钙时间和凝血时间的影响,并以体外血浆复钙时间和凝血时间为筛选指标对各部位止血效果进行评价。结果:与空白对照组比较,野鸡尾乙酸乙酯萃取物对缩短体外血浆复钙时间和凝血时间的作用效果显著,且优于云南白药(P<0.01);野鸡尾乙醇提取物可在一定程度上缩短体外血浆复钙时间和凝血时间(P<0.01);野鸡尾石油醚萃取物及正丁醇萃取物对缩短体外血浆复钙时间无明显作用(P>0.05),对体外凝血时间有缩短作用(P<0.01);野鸡尾水提取物在缩短体外血浆复钙时间和凝血时间方面效果均不显著(P>0.05)。结论:野鸡尾乙酸乙酯萃取物具有较好的止血作用,为主要体外止血活性部位。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the in vitro hemostatic active site of pheasant tail and provide the experimental basis for clarifying the basis of its hemostatic active substance. Methods: The blank control (deionized water) group was established with Yunnanbaiyao as the positive drug (5 mg · ml -1), and the ethanol extract of pheasant, petroleum ether extract, acetic acid Ethyl acetate extract, n-butanol extract and water extract (5 mg · ml ~ (-1)) on the plasma calcium re-coagulation time and clotting time in vitro, and in vitro plasma calcium reperfusion time and clotting time as the screening index Hemostatic effect of various parts of the evaluation. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the ethyl acetate extract of podocarpi had a significant effect on shortening the time of resuscitation and clotting time in vitro, and was superior to Yunnan Baiyao (P <0.01). The ethanol extract of pheasant tail could reach a certain extent (P <0.01). The petroleum ether extract and n-butanol extract had no significant effect on shortening the time of CPR in vitro (P> 0.05), but shortened the clotting time in vitro (P <0.01). There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the effect of shortening the time of resuscitation and the clotting time in vitro. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate extract of podocarpus officinalis has a good hemostatic effect and is the main active site of hemostasis in vitro.
