调查分析了影响耐力跑教学的主客观因素,在实践中探索出提高耐力跑教学效果的途径,指出调动练习者的积极主动性方是提高耐力跑教学效果的关键。
The subjective and objective factors that affect endurance running teaching are investigated and analyzed. The ways to improve the endurance running teaching effect are explored in practice. It is pointed out that mobilizing the active participants is the key to improve endurance running teaching effect.
