目的:考察不同时间采收的胡桃楸茎枝中胡桃醌含量的动态变化规律,为胡桃楸茎枝资源的合理开发利用提供理论基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定胡桃楸茎枝中胡桃醌的含量。结果:12个月采收的胡桃楸茎枝样品中胡桃醌的平均含量为3.83 mg.g-1。3月底采收的胡桃楸茎枝样品中胡桃醌的含量最低,从3月至11月,随着植株的生长胡桃楸茎枝中胡桃醌的含量逐渐增加,而从11月到次年3月,随着植株进入休眠期胡桃醌的含量逐渐降低。结论:胡桃楸茎枝中胡桃醌含量的变化与植株的生长周期基本一致。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the dynamic changes of juglone content in the stems of Juglans mandshurica collected at different times, and to provide a theoretical basis for the rational exploitation and utilization of the Juglans spp. Resources. Methods: The content of juglone in stem of Juglans mandshurica was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The average content of juglone in the sample collected from Juglans mandshurica in 12 months was 3.83 mg · g-1.3. , The content of juglone in the shoots of Juglans mandshurica increased gradually with the growth of plants. From November to next March, the content of juglone gradually decreased as the plants entered dormancy. Conclusion: The changes of juglone content in the stems of Juglans mandshurica are basically the same as those of the plants.
