随着我国经济的飞速发展,国内公司发展国外业务或者是在国外建立分公司都变得很普遍,因此研究国内跨国公司在东道国实行本土化战略成为重要的课题。本土化战略包括生产经营本土化、科研开发本土化、人力资源本土化和市场观念本土化。本文以特变电工为例,在聘用本地员工、对员工的培训、绩效评估和激励机制等方面研究国内跨国公司在东道国的人力资源本土化战略。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, it is very common for domestic companies to develop their foreign businesses or set up their branches abroad. Therefore, it is an important issue to study how domestic multinationals can implement their localization strategy in the host country. Localization strategy includes localization of production and operation, localization of research and development, localization of human resources and localization of market concepts. Taking TBEA as an example, this paper studies the localization strategy of domestic multinational corporations in the host country in hiring local staff, training staff, evaluating performance and encouraging mechanism.
