基于廉价、高可靠性和自动化的实际需求,本研究以高性能AVR单片机AT90CAN128为核心,以5BY-5.0V型种子包衣机机体为母机,研制了智能种子包衣机控制系统。该装置植入一套简易专家系统,能根据不同需要自动确定喂料电机和供液电机的工作频率,使系统各部件协同工作,系统的工作状态和相关参数都能够实时显示,且专家系统可以根据实际需要由操作人员进行更改,以增强系统的适应性。试验结果表明,该系统稳定、可靠,操作简便,能与母机完全匹配。与原机相比,包衣自动化程度大大提高,包衣合格率由原来的95%左右上升到约99%。
Based on the actual demand of low cost, high reliability and automation, the research takes the high performance AVR microcontroller AT90CAN128 as the core and the 5BY-5.0V seed coating machine as the mother machine, and developed the intelligent seed coating machine control system. The device is implanted into a simple expert system, which can automatically determine the working frequency of the feeding motor and the liquid feeding motor according to different needs so that the system components work together, the working status of the system and related parameters can be displayed in real time, and the expert system can According to the actual needs of the operator to make changes to enhance the adaptability of the system. The test results show that the system is stable, reliable, easy to operate, with the mother machine exactly match. Compared with the original machine, the degree of coating automation is greatly improved, the coating pass rate increased from about 95% to about 99%.
