前些时,笔者比较认真地阅读了《北京日报》1月份第一版的33个版面(包括京华周末版第一版的2个版面),感到该报一版的版面编排有独到之处:粗犷、大方,具有大起大落、生动活泼的特点、概括说来,主要有“三多”、“三注重”。“三多”是: 条数多,1月份,《北京日报》第一版33个版面,共发文字、照片、美术插图稿555条,每个版平均16.81条,其中发稿20条以上的8个版,16至19条的16个版面。每个版在16条以上的占全月第一版总数的72.7％。除一个版发稿9条外其余每个版发稿都在10条以上。如1月29日第一版,头条以通栏标题发表《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展
