试验以实葶葱(ALLium gaLanthum L.)种子为材料,研究了不同年份自然及人工老化处理对实葶葱种子的发芽力、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量的影响。试验结果表明,实葶葱种子活力随自然老化和人工老化的时间不同而不同,其中3年和2年自然老化及人工老化的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数显著高于4年和1年的。自然老化的实葶葱种子可溶性蛋白质及可溶性糖含量比人工老化种子高。总之,不同年份自然老化的种子活力及贮藏物质含量的变化高于人工老化的。
In this study, the seeds of Allium gaLanthum L. were used to study the effects of natural and artificial aging treatments on the germination, soluble protein and soluble sugar content of the seeds of Allium mongolicum. The results showed that the vigor of seeds was different with the time of natural aging and artificial aging. The seed germination rate, germination energy and germination index of natural aging and artificial aging at 3 years and 2 years were significantly higher than those of 4 years and 1 year of. Naturally aging real 葶 种 seed soluble protein and soluble sugar content higher than artificial aging seeds. In short, the changes of seed vigor and storage material content of natural aging in different years were higher than that of artificial aging.
