目的探讨乳腺疾病乳管液肿瘤标志物表达的意义。方法2005年8~12月采用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统(C-12检测系统),联合测定22例乳腺癌和54例乳腺良性疾病病人的乳管液与血清中12项肿瘤标志物,并对阳性表达明显的CA19-9、CEA、CA242、铁蛋白、CA125、CA15-3等6项指标进行比较分析。结果6种标志物在乳管液中的含量及表达的例数明显高于血清,且在乳腺癌组灵敏度明显提高。但乳腺癌与乳腺良性疾病病人比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论采用C-12系统检测乳管液肿瘤标志物的灵敏度明显高于血清,但特异性较差。同时发现积乳症、乳管内乳头状瘤(病)与乳腺癌具有内在相关性。
Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of tumor markers of breast duct fluid in breast diseases. Methods From August to December 2005, multiple tumor marker protein chip detection system (C-12 detection system) was used to detect 12 tumor markers in the milk fluid and serum of 22 patients with breast cancer and 54 patients with benign breast disease. The positive expression of CA19-9, CEA, CA242, ferritin, CA125, CA15-3 and other six indicators were compared. Results The content of 6 kinds of markers in the milk liquid and the number of cases expressed were significantly higher than those in serum, and the sensitivity of breast cancer was significantly increased. However, breast cancer and benign breast disease patients, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The sensitivity of the C-12 system for detection of tumor markers in ductal fluid was significantly higher than that in serum, but the specificity was poor. Also found that accumulated milk disease, intraductal papilloma (disease) and breast cancer have an inherent correlation.
