目的研究乳腺癌患者血清HGF及Bcl-2水平在诊断和预后中的临床意义。方法检测44例原发性乳腺癌患者以及15名对照者血清HGF及Bcl-2水平,分析它们与临床病理参数的关系,并对血清HGF及Bcl-2进行ROC曲线分析。结果患者血清HGF水平为(1 198.8±76.3)pg/mL,高于对照组的(884.7±66.9)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着肿瘤分期的上升逐渐增高(P=0.036)。患者血清Bcl-2水平为(12.8±2.0)ng/mL,也高于对照组的(5.1±0.4)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Bcl-2水平在I级肿瘤、无淋巴结转移及绝经后患者中较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示HGF和Bcl-2诊断的AUC值分别为0.695和0.842。结论血清HGF和Bcl-2检测有助于原发性乳腺癌诊断及预后。
Objective To study the clinical significance of serum HGF and Bcl-2 levels in the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with breast cancer. Methods Serum levels of HGF and Bcl-2 were detected in 44 patients with primary breast cancer and 15 controls. Their relationship with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. ROC curves of serum HGF and Bcl-2 were also analyzed. Results The serum level of HGF was (1 198.8 ± 76.3) pg / mL higher than that of the control group (884.7 ± 66.9) pg / mL, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) (P = 0.036). The serum level of Bcl-2 was (12.8 ± 2.0) ng / mL and higher than that of the control group (5.1 ± 0.4) ng / mL, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) , No lymph node metastasis and high postmenopausal patients, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC values of HGF and Bcl-2 were 0.695 and 0.842, respectively. Conclusion Serum HGF and Bcl-2 levels are helpful to the diagnosis and prognosis of primary breast cancer.
