油橄榄扦插基质配比影响扦插穗条成活率和油橄榄育苗质量,试验中主要基质为:珍珠岩、河沙、红壤、发酵腐熟后的松树锯末,依照差异性的基质配方比例培养油橄榄(莱星)扦插苗。通过对比试验的方法进行油橄榄(莱星)扦插育苗,得到适宜西昌地区的油橄榄(莱星)扦插育苗基质配方。通过对比试验分析,可以得出差异性基质配v方处理的油橄榄(莱星)穗条生根率、根长、根干重有明显差异。其中又以T5(红壤:珍珠岩:发酵后松树锯末=45%:30%:25%)为扦插基质的油橄榄(莱星)穗条生根率、根干重及根长均高于其他5组,可以作为主要的油橄榄(莱星)扦插育苗基质配方应用在凉山州地区或与其气候环境、地理条件相近似的地区。
