一、概况 1986年元月份,架修好的240号机车投入运用。走行12750km后,在运行途中主发电机大线着火,18根大线全部烧毁,主整流柜有局部烧损。由于当时使用了泡膜灭火器,已把现场破坏,看不出火是由哪些部位引起的。通过分析,认为是由于线鼻子没有压紧所致(因架修时换过两根大线)。处理时,简单地更换了大线及相应的烧损部件,并于同年2月份配属古冶机务段。在古冶段运行一万多公里后,运行途中又发生了着火
