哺乳类动物的红细胞膜是研究细胞膜分子结构的理想材料,国内外有关这方面的报道日益增多并取得了很大的进展。目前已知许多疾病同细胞膜系的结构和功能异常有密切关系,我们参照有关文献报道似人血液,动物血液(家兔、狗)为研究材料,应用超速离心技术获得了纯净的红细胞膜,用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察了红细胞膜的形态结构,为今后开展血液学研究,细胞分子学理论的研究及临床疾病膜系结构和功能异常的研究摸出了一条基本的实验方法,报道如下。
Mammalian erythrocyte membrane is an ideal material for studying the molecular structure of cell membrane.
