通过组化定量分析的方法,观察不同月龄胎儿表皮中多糖及核酸的动态变化。探讨胎儿皮肤之表皮发育过程的一般规律。结果表明,表皮中核酸之平均光密度值随月龄的增加而增高,考虑与胎儿器官组织的生长分化日趋旺盛有关。多糖的平均光密度值在表皮之表层及中间层均随月龄的增高而减小,考虑与胚胎早期心血管功能尚不完善有关。而基底层平均光密度值在各月龄均较低,与基底层细胞邻近真皮结缔组织血管,营养容易获取有关
