目的比较银杏达莫注射液与刺五加注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将58例不稳定型心绞痛病人随机分为治疗组28例和对照组30例,治疗组给予银杏达莫注射液20 ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml静滴,1次/d,对照组给予刺五加注射液250 ml静滴,1次/d,两组均连续14 d。观察临床症状、心电图变化及血液流变学变化指标。结果治疗组与对照组症状疗效总有效率分别为97%和85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心电图有效率分别为89%和63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在治疗后低切全血粘度明显降低(P<0.05),红细胞变形性显著增高,血细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数和血小板聚集率均显著下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对低切全血粘度的下降和红细胞变形性升高幅度,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对红细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数和血小板聚集率的下降作用,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效优于刺五加注射液。
Objective To compare the efficacy of Ginkgo biloba injection and acanthopanax injection for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Fifty-eight patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 28) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was given ginkgo dipyridamole injection 20 ml and 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% dextrose injection 250 ml , Once a day. The control group was given Acanthopanax senticosus 250 ml intravenously once a day for 14 days. Observation of clinical symptoms, ECG changes and changes in hemorheology indicators. Results The total effective rate of the symptoms and signs of the treatment group and the control group was 97% and 85%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The effective rates of the two groups were 89% and 63%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity of the treated group was significantly lower (P <0.05), the erythrocyte deformability was significantly increased, the hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index and platelet aggregation rate were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment Significance (P <0.01). The reduction of whole blood viscosity and the increase of erythrocyte deformability were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). The hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index and platelet aggregation rate decreased, the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Ginkgo bamo injection for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is superior to acanthopanax injection.
