水稻割前脱粒收获是国际农机界公认的难题。东北农学院与黑龙江省依兰收获机厂合作,研制成功具有带式动凹板、单体仿形扶禾器、卸草机构、轴流滚筒与横流风机结合的复脱清选机构,使得样机突破了国内外水稻割前脱粒收获机长期未能解决的收获损失大、适应性差等难点,使结构大为简化,效率和可靠性显著提高。他们还根据农机与农艺相结合的总体思想,把收获谷粒、茎秆处理、田间运输、土地耕作等作为一个整体,研制成功了水稻割前脱粒收获机器系统。并从农业生物学方面证实了茎秆整株直接还田的可行性,从而节省了粉碎茎秆的工序及相应的机构和能源,为采用割前脱粒收获的新工艺提供了科学依据。

The feasibility of directly returning the whole plant to the stalk was confirmed from the aspect of agricultural biology, which saved the process of smashing the stalk and the corresponding mechanism and energy, and provided a scientific basis for the new process of harvesting before threshing.
