针对目前再生水评价中的片面性、权重计算的不合理性及指标相邻等级的模糊性3个问题,引入更加全面的“压力-条件-影响”评价指标体系,运用熵值法与超标倍数法相结合的组合赋权法确定各指标的权重,将集对分析方法(SPA)与区间三角模糊数(ITFN)加以耦合,建立多元SPA-ITFN再生水评估模型。通过某市的4个县区对该模型的合理性进行验证,结果表明:4个县区的再生水综合发展能力评估值由大到小分别为Q县、F县、Z县、M县,验证结果显示评价结果与实际相符,该模型可为再生水综合发展能力做出合理的评价。
In view of the three aspects of unilateralism, unreasonable weight calculation and fuzzy degree of adjacent index in the current evaluation of reclaimed water, a more comprehensive evaluation index system of “pressure-condition-influence” is introduced. By using entropy method and exceeding multiple Method combined with the combination of weighting method to determine the weight of each index, SPA and interval triangular fuzzy number (ITFN) to be coupled to establish a multi-SPA-ITFN reclaimed water assessment model. The rationality of this model is verified by four counties and districts in a city. The results show that the assessment value of comprehensive development ability of reclaimed water in four counties is Q county, F county, Z county and M county respectively, The results show that the evaluation results are in accordance with the actual situation. The model can make a reasonable assessment of the comprehensive development ability of reclaimed water.
