优化控制运动训练要求借助于评价能反映运动技能水平的模式评定结果。研究目的:为了揭示反映不同技能水平的跳高运动员专项身体训练程度最具信息价值的指标。在纪念Ю·鲁科谢维奇的比赛前2年间进行研究。由跳高一级运动员和候补运动健将组成的第1组、由跳高运动健将和国际运动健将组成的第2组,共29名运动员参加测试,为了确定专项训练程度的水平,使用了能评定速度、力量、速度-力量能力、大腿和小腿肌群放松和紧张水平的肌张力测定仪,获取人体测量指标,分析运动员在从90 cm高度跳下“(跳深练习”)后蹬跳张力的力量特点和时间特点。在下落后蹬地起跳“跳深练习”情况下获得的反映动作幅度特征(力量和速度)的结果,从而揭示不同训练程度水平的田径运动员上述指标变化的特点。
Optimal control of exercise training requires assessment of the results of modalities that reflect the level of motor skills.
