目的积极采取有效的预防措施,减少急诊药房药患纠纷。方法分析急诊药房的工作特点及急诊药房药患纠纷发生的原因,有针对性地提出处理方法和建议。结论药师应转变思想,结合科学管理,提高处理药患纠纷的能力。
Objective To actively take effective preventive measures to reduce disputes in emergency pharmacies. Methods Analyze the working characteristics of emergency pharmacy and the causes of drug dispute in emergency pharmacy, and put forward the handling methods and suggestions pertinently. Conclusion Pharmacists should change their thinking, combined with scientific management, improve the ability to deal with drug disputes.
