本文以形象修复理论为基础框架,运用案例研究与话语分析方法对深圳“滑坡事件”中中央、地方和基层三级政府微博的相关话语内容进行研究。结果显示,政府自然地形成了一种以地方政务微博为首、中央和基层协助性传播的话语景观,而且政府擅于运用“提供事实信息”“纠正许诺”“纠正行为”及“诉诸领袖”策略以达到修复形象、维护政府公信力的目的。
Based on the image restoration theory, this article uses case studies and discourse analysis to study the related discourse contents of the microblogs at the central, local and grassroots levels in the Shenzhen Landslide Incident. The results show that the government has naturally formed a discourse landscape headed by microblogging of local government and assisted by the central government and grassroots and the government is good at using “to provide factual information”, “to correct promises”, “to correct behavior” “And” resort to leadership "strategy to achieve the goal of repairing the image and safeguarding the government’s credibility.
