由于近期市区在售楼盘屈指可数,而且楼价高企,越来越多市民把目标转向二手市场。市区由于拥有完善的基础配套设施,物业广受追捧。但随着广州一手楼价的飙升,二手楼价也如影随形,随之上扬。今年四月份,广州二手楼交易均价达4652元/m~2。在价格高涨的同时,卖方市场也逐渐形成。
