齿轮箱振动信号中蕴藏着齿轮箱运行状态的所有信息。阐述了盲源分离(BSS)的基本模型及其算法,模拟了变速箱的4种常见故障,对实验室中获得的振动信号进行BSS预处理,提取小波包能量向量之后应用支持向量机算法进行智能故障分类,故障识别率达到85%以上。
Gearbox vibration signal contains all the information of the gear box running status. The basic model and algorithm of BSS are described. Four kinds of common failures of gearboxes are simulated. The BSS pretreatment of the vibration signal obtained in the laboratory is carried out. After the wavelet packet energy vector is extracted, the support vector machine algorithm Intelligent fault classification, fault recognition rate of more than 85%.
