In the area of labor relations, although the Hungarian government is a very important party, employers, workers and their organizations also play an important role. The system of mediation of labor disputes based on social partners can effectively suppress various conflicts in the field of labor relations caused by the market economy. Such a concept has been accepted by the labor, employers and governments. We all recognize that the rapid economic development and stable labor relations are effective guarantees for the realization of the interests of all parties.
