本文分析了国产中小型普通内圆磨床三种典型液压换向操纵箱较常发生的换向死点,液压冲击及工作台超程、撞击等故障原因,提出“触发换向”在内圆磨床上应用的可能性。
This paper analyzes the causes of the failures such as reversing dead point, hydraulic impact, overtravel of working table and impact caused by three kinds of typical hydraulic reversing control box for domestic small and medium sized ordinary internal circular grinders.
