为了得到压力测试系统的动态特性规律,对试车台现用压力传感器的动态特性进行了测试,使用标准动态压力激波管,对动态压力传感器进行激励,得到试车台几种典型压力传感器的动态特性,证明目前用于静态测量的典型传感器在500 Hz以内的动态测量是可用的,为目前通用压力传感器用于动态测量的可用范围提供了依据。同时,得到了测压管道的幅频特性图,对测得的数据进行了归一化处理,得到了管路系统固有频率、响应时间与管长、管径等各种因素的关系,为实现引管方法的高温动态压力测量提供了技术支撑。
In order to get the dynamic characteristics of the pressure test system, the dynamic characteristics of the pressure transducer used in the test bed are tested. The dynamic pressure transducer is excited by the standard dynamic pressure shock tube to get the dynamic characteristics of several typical pressure sensors in the test rig , It is proved that the typical dynamic sensors used in static measurement are available within 500 Hz and provide the basis for the available range of current universal pressure sensors for dynamic measurement. At the same time, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of pressure-measuring pipelines were obtained, and the measured data were normalized. The relationship between natural frequency of pipeline system, response time, pipe length and pipe diameter was obtained. Technical guidance is provided for the high temperature dynamic pressure measurement of the tube method.
