以6种杨树的扦插苗为试材,通过脯氨酸、丙二醛等6种生理生化指标测试,研究了不同品种杨树抗旱能力。结果表明,在相同立地条件下,不同品种的6个指标均表现出显著性差异水平,经模糊数学隶属度公式对其抗旱性综合评价,得出抗旱能力由强到弱排序为:银×新、北美速生1号、北美速生2号、84K杨、辽育2号杨、健杨94。
Six kinds of poplar cuttings were used as test materials, and the physiological and biochemical indexes such as proline and malondialdehyde were used to test the drought resistance of different poplar cultivars. The results showed that under the same site conditions, the six indexes of different cultivars all showed significant differences. Based on the fuzzy mathematics membership degree formula, the drought resistance comprehensive evaluation showed that the order of drought resistance from strong to weak was: silver × new , North America Fast 1, North America Fast 2, 84K Yang, Liao Yu 2 Yang, Jian Yang 94.
