煤田地质勘查单位企业管理层要明确财务管理目标,确立财务管理在企业管理中的中心地位。建立健全一套既有约束力,又能增强企业发展活力的财务管理体系,充分利用好财务预算、成本控制、财务监督三重管理手段,努力推进企业财务工作由核算服务型向主动管理型转变,使之成为管理者的参谋和助手。文章分析了当前地质勘查单位财务管理上存在的问题并结合实际工作经验就改革地质勘查企业会计核算制度提出了一些建议。
