目的探讨螺旋CT在诊断新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的特殊作用和价值。方法用西门子Balance单层螺旋CT机对75例临床诊断为HIE的患儿进行扫描,分析HIE的CT表现。结果 75例中CT表现正常7例,HIE 68例;其中轻度5例,中度45例,重度25例;伴蛛网膜下腔出血32例。结论螺旋CT是诊断HIE的有效方法,其优势在于检查快速、诊断准确和患儿接受的辐射剂量少。
Objective To investigate the special role and value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Seventy-five children with clinically diagnosed HIE were scanned with Siemens Balance single-slice spiral CT scanner to analyze the CT findings of HIE. Results Among the 75 cases, CT showed normal in 7 cases and HIE in 68 cases. Among them, 5 were mild, 45 were moderate and 25 were severe. 32 patients had subarachnoid hemorrhage. Conclusion Spiral CT is an effective method for the diagnosis of HIE. The advantages of spiral CT are rapid examination, accurate diagnosis and little radiation dose for children.
