以53~150μm的Ni60A、Ni60CuMo、Ni60WC10粉末为原料, 采用Castolin SuperJet—S喷焊系统制备各涂层.应用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪 (XRD) 、扫描电镜 (SEM) 和摩擦磨损设备分析涂层的微观结构和耐摩擦磨损性能.结果表明, Ni60A、Ni60CuMo、Ni60WC10涂层硬度均较高 (HRC>57.0), 涂层孔隙率低 (57.0) and lower porosity (<1.0%), and there is metallurgical bond between the coating and the substrate.The main diffraction peaks of each coating are from Ni-based solid solution, and there is obvious WC diffraction peaks in the Ni60WC10 layer.The wear resistance of Ni60WC10 coating is about 2.5 times higher than that of Ni60A coating and about 3.5 times higher than that of Ni60CuMo coating.
