本文分析了当前高校图书馆服务管理的重要性与现状,提出新形势背景下利用六西格玛管理理论提升服务管理质量和水平。探讨了六西格玛管理方法在高校图书馆服务管理中的应用分析及DMAIC五阶段应用过程,提出六西格玛管理的服务管理策略,从而有效的指导高校图书馆服务管理理念、方法、内容的创新与改善。
This article analyzes the importance and current situation of service management of university libraries and puts forward the use of Six Sigma theory to improve the quality and level of service management under the new situation. This paper discusses the application of Six Sigma in the service management of university library and the application process of DMAIC five-stage, and proposes the service management strategy of Six Sigma to effectively guide the innovation and improvement of the concept, method and content of service management in university library.
