本文在研究读孔机构光干扰的基础上,推荐出一种新的读孔方式:光导纤维反射型光电检出方式。电子电路控制步进电机和伺服电机驱动的综合机构,简化了机械传动设计,实现更高的传送速率和系统可靠性。最后指出,计算机技术的应用以及自动化的发展,为构思新机构设计提供广阔的前景;光纤传感技术正引起许多科技工作者的关注和兴趣,必将推动更多新机构新设备的出现。
In this paper, based on the study of optical interference in the read hole mechanism, a new read hole method is recommended: optical fiber reflective photoelectric detection method. The electronic circuitry controls the integrated mechanism driven by stepper motors and servo motors, simplifying the mechanical transmission design for higher transmission rates and system reliability. Finally, it is pointed out that the application of computer technology and the development of automation provide broad prospects for the design of new institutions. Optical fiber sensing technology is arousing the interest and interest of many scientists and technologists and will surely promote the emergence of new equipment in more new institutions.
