新课程改革给素质教育注入了新的活力,它不仅改变了学生的学习方式,同时也改变了教师的教学方式。新课程改革的实践证明,它有利于培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,对于学生的发展具有重要的实践意义。在新课程改革中,我们实验教师同样面临着一个新的挑战,即原有的部分实验器材已很难满足新课程中的实验需要。根据3年来我们对新课程试教的情况看,最大的问题还是实验教学。如实验开出率低,以讲代实验,或在黑板上画实验。用多媒体模拟实验,教师讲实验等现象还是屡见不鲜.
