Yongle household appliances can only be ranked third in China’s home appliance chain enterprises. In 2003, the total sales volume was only half of that of Gome or Suning, but it earned high profits that Gome and Suning could not earn even when they dreamed. Where is its profit growth? When Chen Xiao, Chairman of Yongle Home Appliances, was rapidly expanding in the same industry, he was intensive; he avoided the edge and took the opportunity to enter the national market; in cooperation with Morgan Stanley, he intended to surpass Gome and Suning three years later.
