目的:观察妇科手术前2种肠道准备方法的效果和不良反应。方法:将2010年12月～2011年12月妇科择期手术患者100例随机分为两组各50例。观察组口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂,对照组采用常规方法清洁灌肠。比较2组肠道准备的效果和不良反应。结果:观察组术中肠腔胀气和不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:聚乙二醇电解质散剂清洁肠道效果满意,不良反应小,适用于妇科手术前肠道准备。
Objective: To observe the effects and adverse reactions of two kinds of intestinal preparation before gynecological surgery. Methods: 100 cases of gynecological elective surgery from December 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases. Observation group oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder, the control group using conventional cleaning enema. The effects of the two groups of gut preparations and adverse reactions were compared. Results: The incidence of flatulence and adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder is effective in cleaning intestinal tract and has small adverse reactions. It is suitable for intestinal preparation before gynecological surgery.
