针对民机隐性功能系统维修间隔优化的问题,提出一种成本率(CRF)函数,并以民机系统故障趋势的威布尔分布为基础,研究和建立民机系统“翻修期”区间内的预防性维修策略的优化模型和求解方法,最终实现优化民机系统隐性故障(非安全类)维修间隔的目标。最后,以B737民机液压系统回油滤组件弹出指示器可靠性数据为实例对模型和求解方法进行应用研究,证明了该优化模型和求解方法的有效性和适用性。
Aiming at the optimization of the interval of maintenance of implicit function system of civil aircraft, this paper proposes a cost rate (CRF) function.
