采用焙烧、浮选和磁选的联合选别流程来选别叶果列夫(EropbeB)矿床的磷块岩及在矿物组成上与其类似的矿石,能获得良好的效果。在国外,利用磷块岩矿物的焙烧来除去有机化合物和分离碳酸盐(主要为方解石)。在我国(指苏联),焙烧与浮选相结合首先用于叶果列夫磷块岩的选别。在温度为750—950℃时,焙烧强化了以后的矿石浮选,并在本质上改善了所得精矿的质量,这样的精矿变得适合于加工成水溶性磷肥。
The combination of roasting, flotation, and magnetic separation can be used to select the phosphate rock in the EropbeB deposit and similar ore minerals in the mineral composition to achieve good results. Abroad, roasting of phosphorite minerals is used to remove organic compounds and to separate carbonates (mainly calcite). In our country (referring to the Soviet Union), the combination of roasting and flotation was first used for the sorting of Yegu Levskite blocks. Roasting strengthens subsequent ore flotation at a temperature of 750-950 ° C and essentially improves the quality of the resulting concentrate so that the concentrate becomes suitable for processing into water-soluble phosphate.
