[目的]鉴定草莓炭疽病的病原菌并进行防治药剂筛选。[方法]对江苏省句容市草莓炭疽病病菌进行分离和鉴定,确定草莓炭疽病病原为半知菌亚门胶孢炭疽菌。采用室内菌丝生长抑制法测定了几种药剂对草莓炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum fragariae)的毒力,并进行了田间防治试验。[结果]咪鲜胺、吡唑醚菌酯、己唑醇在室内的作用效果较好,25%吡唑醚菌酯EC2000倍液、24%嘧菌·己唑醇(嘧菌酯∶己唑醇=1∶2,下同)SC1500倍液,25%咪鲜胺EC的田间防效显著。[结论]该研究为实际生产中药剂交替使用提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to identify the pathogen of strawberry anthracnose and to carry out the screening of medicaments. [Method] The strawberry anthracnose pathogen of strawberry was isolated and identified in Jurong, Jiangsu Province, and the pathogen of strawberry anthracnose was confirmed as the anthracnose belonging to the genus Semilatus. The indoor mycelial growth inhibition method was used to determine the virulence of several pesticides against Colletotrichum fragariae and the field trials were conducted. [Result] The effects of prochloraz, pyraclostrobin and hexaconazole were better in the laboratory. 25% pyraclostrobin EC2000, 24% azoxystrobin (azoxystrobin: hexazole Alcohol = 1: 2, the same below) SC1500 times, 25% prochloraz EC field significant effect. [Conclusion] This study provides a reference for the alternate use of Chinese medicine in the actual production.
