为了改善现有低效、安全隐患大的井下临时支护搭建方式,实现掘进区前端2~3m空顶区超前支架的自动化搭建,提出了一种新型井下悬移超前临时支架。针对该新型支架的特点,进行了支护强度及安全性分析,结果表明该种支架满足临时支护强度和锚杆载荷要求。同时,井下试用结果显示,该种新型支架能有效增强支护强度,减少临时支护作业时间,增强工人作业安全性,具有良好的经济效益。
In order to improve the existing underground temporary support construction method with low efficiency and safety risk and realize the automatic construction of leading support 2 ~ 3m empty top area in the front of the driving area, a new type of underground temporary support with advanced support is proposed. According to the characteristics of this new type of support, the strength and safety analysis of the support are carried out. The results show that this type of support can meet the requirements of temporary support strength and bolt load. At the same time, the underground trial results show that the new type of stents can effectively enhance the support strength, reduce the temporary support operation time and enhance the safety of workers, with good economic benefits.
