目的:观察直肠癌患者应用腹腔镜辅助下直肠外翻拖出式手术治疗的效果。方法:选择某院收治的直肠癌患者82例,按治疗方式的不同分为观察组和治疗组,每组各41例,对照组采用腹腔镜直肠前切除直肠癌根治术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜辅助下直肠外翻拖出式手术,比较2组患者临床相关指标、并发症发生率、10个月内种植性肿瘤转移率和局部复发率。结果:观察组术后肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,恢复饮食后每日平均排便次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率、10个月内种植性肿瘤转移率和局部复发率均低于对照组,2组
