目的观察CT导向下微创介入治疗难治性癌性疼痛的临床效果。方法 46例药物止痛效果较差的癌性疼痛患者,12例患者实施CT导向下腹腔神经丛阻滞手术,10例患者实施CT导向下125I粒子置入手术,24例患者实施CT导向下腹腔神经丛阻滞联合125I粒子置入手术。观察效果。结果 46例患者7 d后12例患者显效,26例患者有效,8例患者无效;1个月后10例患者显效,28例患者有效,8例患者无效;6个月后6例患者显效,12例患者有效,6例患者无效,22例患者死亡。手术后没有出现大出血等相关并发症。结论 CT导向下使用微创介入治疗对难治性癌性疼痛患者实施止痛,有并发症少、创伤小等优点,且治疗效果较好,可以在临床中推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of CT-guided minimally invasive interventional therapy for refractory cancer pain. Methods Forty-six patients with cancer pain with poor analgesic effect, 12 patients underwent CT-guided celiac plexus block, 10 patients underwent CT-guided 125I seed implantation, and 24 patients underwent CT-guided celiac nerve Plexus block combined with 125I seed implantation. Observe the effect. RESULTS: After 7 days of the 46 patients, 12 patients were markedly effective, 26 patients were effective, and 8 patients were ineffective. After 1 month, 10 patients were markedly effective, 28 patients were effective, and 8 patients were ineffective; 6 patients were significantly effective after 6 months. Twelve patients were effective, 6 patients were ineffective, and 22 patients died. No major complications such as major bleeding occurred after surgery. Conclusion The use of CT-guided minimally invasive interventional therapy for the treatment of refractory cancer pain patients with pain, less complications, less trauma, and the treatment effect is good, can be widely used in clinical practice.
