随着世界全球化的推进,翻译行业进入了高速增长的轨道,成为中国发展速度最快、发展前景最好的新兴行业之一。而且,世界的经济逐渐走向一体化,各国之间的贸易和交流也大大增强,每年发表的文献和图书等数量大得惊人。因而,翻译已不是传统的一个或者几个译者独立作业的一项活动,而是需要一个团队甚至几个团队一起达到目的的活动,也就是通过翻译项目管理的形式获得客户满意的成品。本论文就笔者管理一次世界银行上海保障房调查报告的翻译项目作为依据,在对项目的特征进行整体描述的基础上,对翻译项目管理的工作要点和操作流程进行了归纳,总结在此项目管理中出现的问题类型,并提出解决方案。
With the globalization of the world, the translation industry has entered a path of rapid growth and has become one of the emerging industries with the fastest growth rate and the best development prospects in China. Moreover, the economy of the world has gradually become more integrated and the trade and exchange between countries have also been greatly enhanced. The number of documents and books published each year has been staggering. Therefore, translation is not an activity that one or several translators work independently, but an activity that needs one team or even several teams to achieve the goal. That is to say, the client is satisfied with the finished product through the translation project management. On the basis of the overall description of the project’s characteristics, this thesis summarizes the work points and operating procedures of the translation project management and summarizes the project management The types of problems that arise and propose solutions.
