目的对改扩建后的核医学科进行放射防护检测和评价。方法根据国家相关标准和方法进行检测和评价。结果该建设项目分区合理,屏蔽防护符合要求,缺少给药后受检者候诊室、工作人员淋洗间。工作人员在淋洗、分装、注射、配药等近距离操作放射性同位素时手部受到较高辐射水平的外照射。敷贴治疗工作人员工作服、手套、鞋表面、手部等污染水平超过国家标准。结论该建设项目放射防护的重点是加强给药后受检者的管理、降低工作人员手部外照射辐射水平并做好手部外照射个人剂量监测、减少32P皮肤敷贴治疗场所和工作人员表面污染水平。
