Friedel-Crafts酰化反应是合成芳酮的一种重要方法。在Lewis酸催化下,芳香族化合物与酰氯作用生成芳酮;反应中至少要用与酰氯等当量的催化剂。近年来发现在较高的温度下可以用少量催化剂进行酰化,例如:芳醚或多核芳烃与芳酰氯在少量金属氯化物或氧化物、碘等催化剂存在下作用可得中等产率的芳酮。这种操作方法具有催化剂用量少、不用溶剂、后处理简单等优点。还可用这种方法制备其他芳烃和烃基酚等。
Friedel-Crafts acylation is an important method for the synthesis of aryl ketones. In the Lewis acid catalysis, aromatic compounds and acyl chloride generated aryl ketone; reaction with at least equivalent acid chloride catalyst. In recent years, it has been found that acylation can be carried out with a small amount of catalyst at a higher temperature. For example, aryl ethers or polynuclear aromatics and aroyl chlorides act in the presence of small amounts of metal chlorides or oxides, iodine and other catalysts to give moderate yields of aryl ketones . This method of operation has less catalyst, no solvent, post-treatment is simple and so on. Also available in this method for the preparation of other aromatic and hydrocarbyl phenol.
