在不同浓度硅酸盐电解液中,采用交流电源对2A12铝合金试样进行微弧氧化处理试验,通过测量电极间电压和辅助电极间电压,根据电压参数的变化分析研究在交流电微弧氧化过程中氧化膜的生长机理,发现适当增大电解液浓度可降低氧化膜击穿时的电极电压。
In different concentrations of silicate electrolyte, 2A12 aluminum alloy samples were treated by micro-arc oxidation with AC power. By measuring the voltage between electrodes and the voltage between auxiliary electrodes, the change of voltage parameters was studied to study the effect of micro-arc oxidation process The growth mechanism of the oxide film found that the appropriate increase in electrolyte concentration can reduce the breakdown voltage of the oxide film.
