一、概况我厂设备M1450型万能外圆磨床是1963年上海机床厂出产的产品。由于年久失修,精度丧失,特别是对一些精度较高的内孔磨削,只好依靠夹具的精度来弥补,这样辅助时间长,精度不稳定,操作极不方便,有些高精度的内孔就无法加工。例如我厂产品零件φ500分度板(图1)的内孔为290mm,锥度1:3,孔长60mm。要求不圆度不超过2μm,用塞规涂色检查接触面在80%以上,光洁度▽8,无振纹。材料为耐磨铸铁。由于机床的精度差,长期以来不能稳定生产,有时最后要用研磨来弥补。为此,1982年6月我们对该机床进行了全面改装,其中重点对头架进行了结构改进,使头架的几项主要精度大幅度的提高,头架改
